America‚Äôs premier philanthropic organization needed to evaluate the success of its institutional branding and external communications programs. Working with the in-house communications department, our firm interviewed stakeholders, audited all collateral, and surveyed best practices within the sector. We analyzed and gathered this material into a report that encourages senior management to consider new approaches to communications policy. 

The report helped staff and management advocate for change.

   

Presentations visualized the problem and opportunities for improving communications.
