First conceived and published in 2002, this poster synthesizes and presents extensive research on the role of communications in making voting an easier and more enjoyable civic responsibility. Addressing education, registration, and the actual voter experience, the poster is a clear "knowledge map" of the user process that highlights how designers can get involved in the redesign of voting systems.
